Hi, I'm Liam.
I’m a UK-based designer, strategist and creative consultancy owner.
Problem-solving lies at the heart of my process, uncovering and making sense of complex insights before translating them into simple, compelling ideas. My skills sit between academic strategy and playful creative direction; helping the brands of tomorrow tell their stories in meaningful, people-focused ways.
I’ve been lucky enough to have worked in some incredible agencies over the years, having spent the majority of my career working in London before making the move back to Scotland. This has given me first-hand exposure to a broad range of creative processes, which I’ve distilled into my own day-to-day practice.
I’m passionate about developing new talent, coaching designers to help them bridge the ever-widening gap between industry and education.
Over the years, I’ve given talks at a number of artschools, including Goldsmiths, Chelsea and London College of Communication. I also volunteer my time, mentoring final year design students at Edinburgh College of Art and Duncan of Jordanstone.
If you’d like to discuss a possible talk or seminar, please get in touch.
